Before accessing deal content, we ask you to confirm your date of birth to verify that you meet the legal drinking age requirement in your jurisdiction (21 years or older in the United States). We do not store your full date of birth beyond what is necessary to verify eligibility for that browsing session, and this information is not used for any other purpose.

If you create an account or sign in using Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile information provided by Google, in order to let you claim deals and access your wallet of claimed offers.

If you provide a zip code or enable device location, we use that information solely to show you deals from Merchants near you. We do not store precise location history beyond what is needed to power this search, and you may clear or change this preference at any time.

When you claim a deal, we record the deal claimed, the associated Merchant, a claim code, and claim status (e.g., claimed, redeemed, expired) so that you and the Merchant can track and honor the offer.

We automatically collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, IP address, and pages visited, to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

When you browse the Service, we record which deals are displayed to you, which deal pages you open, and when you follow a deal link to a Merchant's website or a delivery app. With each of these events we record the deal and Merchant, the page on our site (without any query string), the referring website (only its domain if it is another site), your browser's user-agent string, whether you are using a mobile device, and the time. If you are signed in, these events are linked to your account. We do not store your IP address with these records; a one-way hashed form of it is used for about ten minutes to prevent abuse. We do not record anything you do on a Merchant's or delivery app's website after you leave the Service.

To recognize a returning browser, we set a first-party cookie that holds a random identifier. It can last up to 400 days (some browsers keep it for less) and is renewed when you use the Service. If you clear your cookies, the identifier is reset, but a new one will be set on your next visit unless your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. We also keep a random session identifier in your browser tab's session storage; it is replaced after 30 minutes of inactivity and when the tab is closed.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not set this cookie and we remove an existing one. We still record deal activity for the current browser tab session, linked to your account if you are signed in, but we do not recognize your browser across tabs or visits.

All alcohol purchases and redemptions occur directly with the Merchant, either in person (for pickup deals) or on the Merchant's own website or a third-party platform (for delivery/online deals). We do not process alcohol transactions or payments for alcohol purchases on this Service.

We retain account and claim information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. Age verification confirmations are session-based and are not retained as a permanent record tied to your identity beyond what is required to gate access during that session.

Deal activity records described in section 1.6 are deleted 90 days after they are collected. We keep daily counts that contain no identifiers, such as the number of events discarded as invalid, for up to 13 months.
